The Robert Ball Companies recently completed The Parker Apartments. The 177-unit building was completed in September, 2014. The Parker is the first large scale apartment project completed and stabilized in the Pearl District following the great recession. Ball sold the company that owned the Parker in March 2015. The Parker was 83% leased and months ahead of lease projections at the time of the sale. Previously, Robert Ball Companies completed The Wyatt Apartments, a 245 unit, 457,000 total square foot high-rise. NW Construction Magazine selected The Wyatt as Oregon’s Best Project of 2007 over $5 Million (tie). The Daily Journal of Commerce recognized The Wyatt as Oregon’s Best Project of 2008 between $50M and $100M.
The Robert Ball Companies has started a new and exciting boutique mixed use 27-unit apartment project with 4000 feet of retail space in Portland’s Alphabet District.
